Case studies
Case studies in fintech UX, design systems and full-stack builds: Santander login redesign, headless e-commerce on Next.js, and AI-powered products.
- Glassh — An Owned Ecommerce for Handmade Resin Pieces, with a 3D David at the Door — I'm moving Glassh, an epoxy resin workshop in Salta, off a rented storefront and onto an ecommerce it owns: the 44 real products, Argentine payments with a 10% bank transfer discount, customers uploading their own artwork to be printed on the piece, and a 3D home where catalog photos orbit a David bust blowing bubblegum. 26 documented architecture decisions and 49 end-to-end tests before launch is even on the table.
- Salta News — A Digital Newspaper in 41 Days, with a Newsroom of AI Agents — I rebuilt the Salta News newspaper from scratch: 13,000 articles migrated from WordPress without losing a single URL, an admin built for publishing from a phone, and four AI agents on a VPS that file stories with scoped permissions and source traceability. From first commit to production in 41 days.
- Verba Dei — Personal Bible Study with an AI Assistant Alongside — A Bible reader built for deep study: phrase-level highlighting, Markdown study notes, and an AI assistant that surfaces historical and original-language context without pulling you out of the text.
- Compra Linda — WooCommerce to Headless Migration (Medusa + Next.js) — WooCommerce migration to its own headless ecommerce, without losing catalog, customers or SEO
- Case Study — Vallès Classics — I designed, built and deployed the website and full management platform for a cycling event in Catalonia with 200 spots at 20€, integrating Stripe payments, registration management, a discount code system and a responsive admin dashboard. Live at vallesclassics.com.
- ConsorcioNube — SaaS for Building & HOA Administration — A digital platform that automates building management end to end: from monthly dues and payments to maintenance claims and amenity bookings. Built entirely with React, TypeScript and Supabase, replacing manual processes that eat hours of administrative work.
- RE/FORM — A Lenovo V330 Redesigned as a Mini PC, from Board to Blueprint — A laptop with a dead battery still had a board with 20 GB of RAM, two SSDs and its original cooling. Instead of throwing it away, I'm turning it into a Mini PC with a fiberglass case and a smoked acrylic lid. Before cutting anything, I designed the whole enclosure: a 3D explorer, 1:1 templates for the workshop and a model that says which dimensions are real and which are still assumptions.
- Sneek — E-Commerce Responsive App (UI Challenge) — A UI exploration centered on the responsive mobile experience, focused on visual clarity and typographic consistency.
- Sidebar Redesign — Scalable Navigation for the Business Banking Ecosystem — How we turned a critical, degraded component into a modular, accessible navigation system built to scale and grow across multiple internal products.
- Santander Login Redesign — Regulatory Compliance Without Sacrificing Experience — How I turned an urgent regulatory requirement into an opportunity to improve security and UX across every Santander Argentina digital channel.
- Designing a Scalable List Component for a Complex Banking Ecosystem — How I turned a one-off need into a systemic component that anticipated future use cases and made cross-team reuse across the product easy.
