# ConsorcioNube — SaaS for Building & HOA Administration

**The Challenge**

Building administration in Argentina is still largely manual: monthly dues in Excel, payment validation over WhatsApp, maintenance claims with no follow-up, and documents scattered across email threads. The result is calculation errors, no audit trail, and inefficient communication between administrators and residents.

**The Solution**

ConsorcioNube is a multi-tenant system that digitizes every aspect of building management, with features designed specifically around the pain points of the Argentine market.

**Core Features**

\- **Dues Management:** Creation, issuance and automatic per-unit calculation, with configurable early-payment discounts and professional PDF statements carrying a QR verification code.

\- **Payment System:** Owners upload proof of payment; the administrator reviews and approves or rejects it. Every payment generates a signed digital receipt with a full audit trail.

\- **Tracked Maintenance Claims:** Categorized tickets (maintenance, noise, cleaning, security) with priorities, statuses and comment threads for documented resolution.

\- **Amenity Bookings:** Visual calendar for the common room, grill, pool and gym, with automatic confirmation.

\- **Multi-Role Portal:** 5 distinct roles (SuperAdmin, Administrator, Building Manager, Owner, Tenant), each with its own views and permissions.

\- **Automated Communications:** Transactional emails, a digital notice board, and real-time notifications.

\- **Digital Bookkeeping:** Income and expense records, categorization, and Excel export for owners' meetings.

**Tech Stack**

Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript, Vite, TanStack Query, shadcn/ui (52+ components), Tailwind CSS

Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + Storage + Realtime), 16 Edge Functions in Deno, Row Level Security for multi-tenancy

Integrations: Mercado Pago (payments), Brevo (email), jsPDF (document generation)

**Development Process**

The project was built entirely with Claude Code and Antigravity, which accelerated development without giving up quality. The serverless architecture on Supabase Edge Functions provides scalability and predictable costs, while Row Level Security guarantees data isolation between buildings.

**Results**

An enterprise-level system with 42 views, 100+ React components, and per-plan feature gating that cuts hours of manual work, eliminates calculation errors, and delivers full transparency over a building's finances.
